Due to the customized nature of our products, we have a specific refund policy outlined below:

  • No Refunds or Exchanges: Customized items are made to order and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your custom item arrives with a defect or is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will be happy to offer a replacement or a refund based on the circumstances.

  • Errors on Our Part: If the item you received does not match the personalization details you provided at checkout, we will take full responsibility and remake or refund the item/s at no extra cost to you.

  • Customer Input Errors: Please double-check all information entered (spelling, dates, quotes etc.) used for customization requests before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors made by the customer.
