Ordering your unique keepsake is a simple, multi-step process!

You'll first select your desired gift style (like First Name Meaning, Double Name, Custom Statement, or Baby Announcement). Then, you'll choose your options (like size where applicable, background, and mat color) and provide all the personalization details (names, origins, custom text, or birth info) through our guided form.

Submit & Pay: Once you submit your customization form, you'll receive an email with a secure link to review your selections and complete your payment via Stripe.

Proof Approval (Important!): After payment, our team will create a digital proof of your design and email it to you within approximately 48 business hours (Monday-Friday). You must review this proof carefully and reply to that email with your written approval (e.g., simply stating "Approved") before we can make your print.

Creation & Shipping: Once approved, we lovingly hand-craft, print, and mat your keepsake. Production and shipping time after approval typically takes 5-7 business days for production + standard shipping time after Approval. The total time depends heavily on how quickly you approve your proof!

Absolutely! We pride ourselves on our ability to create meaningful prints for any name, regardless of how common or unique it is, and with your exact preferred spelling. Our special program and research process allow us to find the origin, meaning, and virtues for a vast array of names. Furthermore, we understand the importance of cultural sensitivity. During the customization process, you'll have an optional field to specify the country or cultural origin you'd like us to focus on for the name. This helps us ensure the information we provide is as relevant and respectful as possible.

Yes, definitely! We want to ensure you're completely happy with your personalized design before it goes to final creation. After your payment is confirmed, our design team will meticulously craft a digital proof (a visual mockup) of your print. We will email this proof to you within approximately 48 business hours (Monday-Friday). You then need to review it carefully. If everything looks perfect, simply reply to that email with your approval. We will only proceed with printing and matting your keepsake after we receive your written approval of this proof. If we don't hear back from you within one week (even with reminders), we will proceed with the order as originally submitted to avoid further delays.
